Faces of Tomorrow Modeling and Talent Management is an innovative, dynamic and professional organization dedicated to the promotion of models and talent (actors/actresses, singers and dancers) into the fashion industry and entertainment industry. Essentially, F.O.T. is a scouting and development talent Management Firm that represents men, women, and children of all ages and appearances.
Susan Barr, owner of Faces, is very excited to have had such great success with her Management firm that opened in July of 2006. Working along her side, Helen Vollenberg, Manager of Faces, is incredibly eager to continue developing, marketing, and casting new talent in upcoming projects. Susan and Helen have had years of experience in the industry both on camera and behind the scenes. They have made lasting relationships with Agents and Directors who are anxiously awaiting the expansion of Faces. Since this fast paced, ever-changing industry is consistently demanding new talent often with little or no experience, Faces is here to help. Q. What are the advantages of having a Manager?
A. Having a Manager enables the performer to obtain more work. Agency’s almost never contact talents directly; instead they would rather talk to a Manager who will assist the Agents in casting choices. In addition, a Manager is there to point you in the right direction. They contact the right Agency’s for your specific area of entertainment and they are always making choices with the best interest of both you and your career in mind.

Q. Is there an upfront fee to hire a Manager?
A. Faces of Tomorrow does not believe in upfront fees. As a Management Firm Faces will only earn money when they book you work.

Q. If I sign a contract with Faces of Tomorrow, does that mean I can not be signed by anyone else?
A. Faces of Tomorrow is a non-exclusive Modeling and Talent Management Firm. Being non-exclusive means that you are able to hire as many Managers/Agents that are willing to help your career. Remember, Faces wants what is best for you. If for some reason they can not provide work for you one week, they would love to see that you are still out there pursuing other projects.

Q. How Does Faces of Tomorrow promote their talent?
A. Not only does Faces of Tomorrow submit your photos through the mail, they also do a majority of the photo submissions online. It’s a quick, easier way for Agents and other Casting Directors to see photos at a drop of a hat. In addition, since it is very important to have current photos of their models/actors and actresses, Faces offers the opportunity for talents to work with their photographer to get pictures updated. Faces also help their talents by offering them workshops to enhance their skills in modeling and acting. Those who are represented by Faces of Tomorrow will have the prospect of enrolling in major modeling and acting events next year. Lastly, the Faces website is an excellent way for the world to see their talent at its best.
